★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy my mortgage application closed at current best market conditions, and this is to confirm we owe the result to people determination at The Great Mortgage. Several lenders rejected the application declining to verify he cleanness of money received from DRC to complete down payment, but Emmanuel didn't give-up. He was confident we should go on shopping around, what we did. Pressure and market situation brought me to consider lenders with heavier conditions, but Emmanuel kept on searching for normal lenders. My realtor even suggested to give the file to another mortgage broker, but I was not sure the new broker would do any better, so I refused.
At the end of the day, we all recognized Emmanuel was right. By experience, he knew that an application like the one he built with me was meeting the conditions to obtain normal funding, and we got it!
Thanks a lot Emmanuel for your dedication, and please be ready to help friends and family members who will be tempted to try the adventure too. I will not hesitate to refer them to you.
