★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got laser hair removal done on my chest and full arms. I am very happy with results, Benisha and Daljit have been personable and made me comfortable through the process. I also bought my mom a package of 3 clear and brilliant treatments for melasma. We were all surprised by how well it worked, she was a little scared at first because she heard melasma can become worse after laser treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say Daljit and Benisha at Spotless are the best! They are professional, clear, and informative about laser and electrolysis treatments, and always do what's best for the client. I have seen amazing results in a short-time frame using their YAG laser. I have tried other places for laser before and did not see the results I wanted. The laser treatments they offer are also all at really good price points. They have been really on-top of everything during Covid, following all necessary protocols and sanitization. They make you feel safe and comfortable visiting during Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Spotless through an instagram ad for laser hair removal. It was a really good deal for one treatment and I didn't know what to expect. I ended up buying a package for legs and underarms and my results were better than my expectations. I also did a skin consultation and tried one microneedling treatment and am now using ZO skin care products. My 3rd time buying them. The results from ZO have been incredible, I'm so addicted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place for laser to anyone. At first, I thought highly of this place and they were nice to me until they received my full payment. The attitudes and quality of work changed as laser treatments went on, I noticed it wasn’t as effective and the lasering technique became sloppy. I paid for 6 treatments for full body laser. I was burned on one occasion and when I notified the owner, she ignored my text and when I asked about the burns in person, she informed me “it’s normal.”
Later in my laser treatment, I was informed on two different occasions that I would be allowed to finish my laser treatment for an area I started in-between sessions. When I asked to book an appointment, I had the owners daughter call me and become belligerent on the phone. She was extremely unprofessional and yelled at me telling me “you don’t do my taxes” and “I gave you a discount”. Save your money and go else where. I was planning to pay for on-going treatments after my initial 6 treatments but the lack of professionalism has made me choose otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I spoke to Benisha about microneedling but was concerned about my vitiligo. She took the time to do some research and speak to other professionals. In the end she recommended that I don't get the treatment. Goes to show how much attention and care they put into clients and that they won't just charge you for unnecessary treatments! I went back for laser hair removal. After just 2 treatments I have noticed more than a 50% reduction. I have tried other places but never gotten results like this and feel so comfortable during my treatments. Trust me go see them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting treatments for various areas over the past 4 years. Daljit has always been professional and accommodating. Despite her recommendation for laser, I opted for electrolysis. I did see a difference in hair growth but it persisted and remained after about 20 sessions. I then tried laser treatments in the same area and only minimal hair remained after 5-6 sessions. I remain happy with the results and choice to go with laser.
