★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at 1 am to book an appointment for 7 am because my makeup artist appologized and said she won't make it. They interupted me and yelled at me saying who calls for a make up artist at 1 am. WEll, WHY THE F DOES YOU PLACE SAY YOU OPEN 24 HOURS. AND WHY DID YOU ANSWER ANYWAY IF YOU DON'T WANNA HELP CUSTOMER. WORST PLACE EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had in the makeup industry. Don't walk away from this business RUN. These "makeup artists" are in it for the money. All they want is MONEY! Money, money, money. Everything is all sweet and nice until they get your money. I payed my deposit for three events and damn do I regret it. My eyes are non existent, my eyebrows look like triangles let alone the same thickness. I have naturally large eyes and perfectly good eyebrows but I cry after looking at these pictures. I hide them from everyone trying to look at them. If you want proof I will send you the pictures. Ina and Mindy are rude, illiterate, and simply bad at their jobs. At least know how to do your job if you want to be so arrogant.
My usual makeup artists were busy or else I would've never come to these classless "makeup artists".
REMEMBER: RUN FAST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Mindy is so unprofessional and acts like a typical immature high school gossip queen. On our consult, she was badmouthing another makeup company who is her competitor and are actually really good. It was so unprofessional and disgusting the way she was commenting. She is so arrogant in her work and all she seems to care about is money. The arrogance she has is all money. Let a lone the consult, on my wedding morning i got emotional and started crying and she told me "stop crying we dont have time for this we have other clients too." Who says that to a girl on her wedding day? Although I was happy with my hair and makeup, the service was absolutely horrible. There is just arrogance and no intention of ensuring the bride has a good experience. They were an hour late for one of my friends hair and makeup appointments for her engagement. She was so stressed and they rushed her. I didn't say anything earlier because i was afraid they would be unprofessional and take it personally and not do a good job for me on my special day. Ina is still good and shes shows some care and concern. Mindy on the other hand is over the top and is all about money. I think she is forgetting her whole business runs on customer service and experience. Without her clients she would be no where. Do not recommend Mindy at all. Ina is still good. But bad company will corrupt her mind one day undoubtedly.
