★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and very clean and organized salon. Never have I had such a lovely experience, the place inside is so relaxing and really set the mood. Wasn't rushed and felt really worth it. I definetly will be coming here from now on 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even give this salon one star but I had to in order to post a review . I got my ear pierced from them very unprofessional no gloves nothing . The lady who was piercing my ear pierced it in my vein. Now my ear is ruined for my whole life with keloids. I’ve done many surgeries but apparently these keloids are not able to go away they are a life time thing . If you wanna stay safe I recommend you guys please do not go to this salon or get your ears pierced . Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eyebrows done and they messed up terribly. Eyebrows don't even look the same. Horrible service. Poor customer service. Lady owner doesn't take responsibility for her mistakes. Only excuse is me have 20 years of experience like it doesn't look like that lady. If you are thinking of coming here pls don't because they will mess up whatever you're getting done. 0/10. Don't ever come here. I am crying and shaking because of this. I need a refund, it was a waste of money. Never coming back here again. Don't like this I am so angry and it's all your fault. Focus on something else pls never do anyone's eyebrows again thank you. Feel so bad for everyone affected by this salon's unprofessionalness. Just close down the salon at this point, this is not okay you are ruining people's faces. Don't talk to me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with people commenting about the staff, I have been there 4 to 5 time but never got a welcoming response from any of them ? they react as if we should have not gone to their salon. They do look arrogant God knows what's going in their mind they show all kind of attitude ? we are customers if you can't be nice atleast behave normally we are not using your service for free , we pay you for the work you do and please do it properly. There should be some value to the work you do . Guys I suggest better look for other salons in Payal Business rather than going to this one. They should know what it means when you start loosing your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come to Komal for laser hair removal, and thought to try out their facial when my regular facial place was closed. It was the worst experiences of facials I've had. The girl insisted that I get the $75 package which includes a full upper body massage even when I said I just wanted the basic package. I would have been okay if the service met the price but this was not the case. The lady did the facial and put the products with her bare hands which is not hygienic. The massage was essentially just slowly touching parts of my hands, and then she asked me to sit up while I had a mud mask on (which she used her finger to put on my face)... she then appeared to touch one side of my back for a moment and asked me to lie down again. She then left the room and all I could feel was products in my eyes from the movement. No tissue was provided and she never checked on me. After about 5 minutes, another lady came, barely wiped my face and put a toner on. That was it. No moisturizer, no serum, and no proper wiping - I left with streaks of mud mask on my face. I was so upset that I could barely say a word. My face was so dry that I had to use my hand lotion on my face for the car ride home. Will never return.
