β β β β β This is NOT a doctors review. It is only relating to the office administration.
This clinic requires patient to visit the clinic twice. One for testing and second one to speak with doctor. The wait time is at least one hour plus.
This is the only clinic that splits up one appointment into two. The reason told to me is they donβt want the patient to wait long.
If the clinic is organized, why would the patients have to wait long ??
There is no respect to the patientβs time. Why making an appointment if you always have to wait minimum one hour.
I understand if there are emergency appointments that pushes out scheduled ones. But this cannot happen every day.

β β β β β I'm posting under my moms name, my name is Laurie. It puts me off people complaining of wait times. Don't you understand that Drs are often on - call at Hospitals or, often patients are referred to drs thru an emergency department Doctor, also the dr may be taking their time with a patient. So stop complaining and think about other circumstances before complaining.

β β β β β I had a referral made with Dr.Maini.
I arrived at my appointment to be informed that my appointment was cancelled. They stated I should have been informed sooner and they were unsure why I wasnβt.
They rescheduled for nearly a month later.
I took another day off work and was sent an email to confirm my week before my appointment.
The next day I was sent an email that my appointment was cancelled yet again.
No respect for their clients.
Thanks for wasting my time.
My eyes have been suffering and thanks to Dr.Maini I still do not have a resolution and wasted two months waiting.
EDIT: They called me today (two days after cancelling my appointment) and casually informed me that my appointment was no longer cancelled. They did not ask me if I would still be available for the appointment they cancelled. Absolute disregard for me or my time.

β β β β β Waited for more than one hour at my appointed time. I think they want to take all the appointments and expect you to wait for up to 2 hours. This is only a pre-appointment. Imagine what can happen if doctors were busy in the midst of surgery or emergency. The concept of making an appointment is defeated. One should camp outside the office for doctor's service?
A typical and standard reply from the eye clinic. From other past reviews, it is obvious they did nothing to improve situation.
