N	N K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to get at-the-door tickets last weekend and they made us pay $30 instead of the $25 listed on their website. asked around and apparently they did that to everyone without tickets. also, some girls were telling me they were asked to pay $55 to get in after the venue was apparently at capacity. only reason it's not one star is because it was mamma mia night and the music went hard
e	emma amar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my ticket and they lost my aritzia super puff, and kept blaming me and saying I checked it with somebody else but I paid for my own coat check, this is not the first time I’ve heard of a situation like this. Incredibly untrained staff, it would be different if I lost my ticket, but I had it the whole time and handed it at the end, I regret checking it in if I can’t even trust the services offered

She called security. We paid $40 to get ahead in line. Security guard was super rude, he said - how can you afford to go to the pub what you can’t afford to tip, i mean are you serious
S	Sunpreet Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 April, around 11:45, me and my group of friends were thrown out of the club for not tipping the bartenders, she kept pulling my card out and literally was forcing us to tip and nobody tips when they are forced. Instead of calling a manager they called security and threw us out and when I tried to tell security what happened, he Said he can't let us in and he's gonna break my face. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this club if you are a colored individual because they will profile you.
K	Katelyn Waddell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to go here for a fun time on saint Pattys day. When we were waiting in line we asked how much the cover would be and no one could answer us. After waiting an hour we got to the door only to find out it was $30 cash to get in!! I couldn't handle that, so I had to go home. It's really too bad that this business is taking advantage of party starved, broke university students. I understand the idea of a cover, but $30 just crosses the line.

We got there early to make sure we got in, but after waiting in line we were told the cover was $30 instead of the $15 ticket price. The dance floor was overcrowded with first year university students. It also seemed like most people didn't have a lot of experience with clubs/dancing based on their behaviour. We left our coats on a banister since we didn't have any cash left but they were gone halfway through the night. When I contacted management about losing them, they told me coat check was $3 and asked me if I had a reference number. On a positive note, the bartenders were fast and accommodating and DJ Shrew played a great set and took requests. Probably wouldn't go back though.
J	Jared Wick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always enjoyed going to clubs, but upstairs has been my worst experience by far. The bouncers were practically a bunch of tyrants, I walked outside with my buddy for a breather and on the way back in they said that was his last chance and he’s done for the night. He was probably the most civil person in the club, was never talked to before hand but they said they are done with him and he’s kicked out. No one had any reason other then saying their manager said he was too drunk. And he had hardly that much to drink. Bartender also double charged for drinks, I paid for 2 shots began walking away and the bartender grabbed another friend by the shirt and made her pay for her shot even though I already had.
