Twice this same week UPS driver speeds down a dead end street, both ways. Was yelled at to stop by a pedestrian but seemed to forget and repeat!
Left package under sign, very politely asking it NOT to be left there.
"Reckless, dangerous and rude or illiterate delivery service employee"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude! I think it's bull***t you have to pay them 20-40$ delivery. Guy didn't even knock for 2/3 times he came by, was rude when he stopped by. Almost couldn't get my package when I asked for it at their main office. Next time I order something online, I'll make sure that my sender doesn't use ups so I NEVER have to deal with these a**holes again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website indicates their office is opened only from 8 to 10 am. The operator of their 1-800 number told me that the office I was going to go to to pick up my package was open 8-10 am and. also 4 to 6 pm. Their sign at the door indicates that in the afternoon they open from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Make you own conclusions of how my experience was.
Then, how much did I pay: to the seller of the product I bought, shipping of CDN$ 5.54, to UPS for “brok fee”, CDN$10. I never thought I’d say this, but, I missed Canada Post!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed for tracking, that went well. However, when I went to pay my Custom's duty...their system wouldn't load PayPal.
Tricky to actually find this location but not impossible. Dealt with Devin. She was very helpful and had a good sense of humour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven't been able to deliver my package for over a week. They've had it, but can't deliver it because there's some problem with my address on the package. This is literally the worst service I've ever had from ordering something online. Spending $120 for something and not even getting it??? How is that okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. They left a packing slip and when I checked their website and called them, they said they didn't have it. Then they emailed me that they have it and have delivered it to the address but I wasn't there. Im not going to waste my entire day waiting for a package. The package that I bought was 180$ and they are telling me to pay a COD of 38$, that is bs. I should not have to pay a large amount of money to get a package. I will not order from that online store again since they use UPS. I hope they lose business. DO NOT USE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do the one star reviewers all buy things on eBay and not understand how customs and COD work? read carefully when you buy things online... Nothing but quick pick ups and on schedule drops, UPS will always be my go to when shipping items nationally & aboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $30 for express... The parcel is sitting at the faculty around the corner from my house. They changed delivery date from today to tomorrow because if extreme weather..... It's 10 minutes away, roads are clear and no active weather. LIARS!!!
