I don't know how they are still in business. In 2020 they lost me a $3k laptop from Lenovo (not their problem was their answer, it is "delivered"). Lenovo had to send me another laptop, which they did not give to me directly and just left downstairs. This year I ordered a $1100 desk they delivered it outside the building no buzzing/no knocking (I work from home). The packaging not in a great shape, after opening it, one of the desk legs was busted. So the desk company sent me a replacement leg, the package was left outside again and as if it was played hockey with. The new leg was scuffed and dented. Zero respect for other people's money or property. I look at the names of the people complaining on here and I see a trend in the names and their origins... Pictures of the two packages attached.

Horrendous system in place for deliveries, shows they attempted to deliver 4 times however the customer service rep advised me they only attempted to call to get my import fees paid, to which was not my phone number on file (showed a number to California?). I was then transferred multiple times to be told if i pay online there is a discount on my import fees but it does not work. So now im basically getting passed along to multiple departments and getting no where. I don't understand how they managed to mess up a simple delivery? This process they have is a mess!!

I ordered expensive items from Apple to be shipped to my mom's address. There is some construction on the street (just like most streets in Montreal during the summer) so they were not able to deliver, they did not call me or leave a notice on the door. Weird because all the Amazon packages her tenants order have no problem being delivered. And when an Amazon driver isn't able to deliver my stuff they usually go above and beyond to accommodate me. The package is now being held at some sketchy place. Calling customer service is useless, you have to go through countless automated messages. The chatbot is also useless and the online assistance system on the UPS site asks for a notice number which they did not provide at the time of the delivery. If you have the option to go to the store in person instead of using their UPS service, do it. It will save you time and headaches.

They never deliver the package from the first attempt. The drivers are too lazy to get out of the car and try to use even a buzzer in the building. They can try to call you and hang up before you could answer, then reschedule the delivery for another day, sending the message "we missed you" while you were sitting at home all day waiting for this package. Or they put a sticker "we missed you" downstairs in the building without trying to deliver. It's an awful service. And it's happening over, and over, and over again. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. If I could chose the delivery company I would NEVER choose them. There's issues with their deliveries almost EVERY SINGLE time, their customer service is horrendous and their internal tracking system for packages absolutely sucks. It is almost a guarantee that your package will be either lost or delayed by several weeks because of their incompetence. I rarely even write reviews about companies, but everyone needs to know how bad they are. I am assuming their senior management does not read reviews, because nothing ever changes. Companies should give us the option to choose our delivery company, and they would not have any business left.

55 calls later (yes 55) I finally got my package. 1- taxes and import fees: you are always allowed to say you refuse those fees and will do self-clearance (ask for the commercial invoice to self-clear and keep pestering them till they send it) 2- You can also negotiate and tell them “if I self-clear you get nothing, so if you want me to go through I need you to wave the charges (I went from 66$ to 20$ which would be around the same you’ll pay at the CBSA) if the rep says they cant tell then to transfer you to another rep until someone does it (because they actually can do it) 3- Whenever the rep says “I escalated the issue etc.) always ask for a case number because most of the time they just say they did without writing anything. 4- be nice (but assertive) to the reps, they’re not against you, they’re just incompetent and truly have no idea whats going on 5- if you get an email saying “driver made a delivery attempt” and you feel confused, its a lie. They never showed up or tried. Call again, keep pestering them, ask to speak to a supervisor and to be given the extension number for the supervisor to call them back, its the only way you’ll get your package

This is the third time that this has happened to me. A package was supposed to be delivered to me today and it said that there was a delivery attempt made this morning at 10:40. I have a very loud doorbell and I could hear a knock on my door from every room of my apartment since it is pretty small. I did not hear a ring, a knock, nothing at all. The worst part of it all I was working from home today, it was quite literally impossible for me to not hear anything, and now I have a paper that says that I have to go to the nearest UPS access point. I did not chose UPS as the delivery courier for this package, but if I could, I would have not chosen UPS because this is ridiculous. This is extremely inconvenient and frankly very frustrating. I contacted UPS customer service and all they can do is report the driver. The driver that was in charge of my package is not the only problem, this is the third time this has happened to me. UPS should really do a better job at hiring drivers that will do their jobs properly and effectively. This is a problem within many drivers, and I don't know if this a Montreal-only issue, but it should be rectified regardless. Do you want to know the funniest part of all of this? I had two packages due for today, one from UPS and one from Amazon. The Amazon driver did in fact rang my doorbell and I got my package. I don't think it's that hard to press a button. I hardly think I will get any other response from UPS themselves or from UPS Lachine, but if you are a customer that has had the same problem as me, I am sorry to tell you that there is nothing else to do then to wait and get your package at the UPS access point where your package was redirected. This is clearly a serious issue, and I hope UPS fixes the problem, sooner than later.

I ordered a package from the U.K. on January 28. On February 2 I received an e-mail from a customs broker informing me that I had to pay duties on the package which I paid the same day with my credit card. On Feb 3, I received an e-mail from UPS stating they would deliver the package the next day in the afternoon. The package did not arrive. I received two more e-mails stating the packages would be delivered the two following days but still did not receive it. On Feb 8, having not received the package, I called customer service and was told to wait two more days for the package to arrive. On Feb 10 I called again and was told an investigation would be made on the lost package. I was told that I would get a call and information within 5 to 7 days. A week later I called again. They told me to wait 5 more days which I did. I called again and they told me it would take 5 more days. At this point I informed the agent that I considered this a fraud and that I would call my credit card company to inform them which I did on the same day. Strangely the next day I had a message on their tracking service that stated: A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information. The sender is not replying. So basically instead of reimbursing me for the package they lost and that I paid, they are reimbursing the sender! They have wasted both my money and my time. Do not use their services!
