★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible, disrespectful and v lazy staff. Waited for hours to be unloaded but nobody touched the trailer. Requested again and again to please start unloading but in vain. Mr. Paul was the foreman responsible at the time but he refused to even accept that he was Mr. Paul.
Unbelievable!
(V hard on safety shoes, vest etc because they gonna keep you spend half day at the site, so you have to go to washroom quite a few times)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/OPERATIONS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Called and requested customer service, was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on. Called again and requested for dispatch, was put on hold again for Confirmed they respected strict delivery appointments. HAH! Missed my delivery appointments TWICE! has no idea where the freight is or when it will be in their hands. Mona in the Montreal office is the worst! She spoke to me in a idgaf attitude how the freight will be off-loaded eventually and will go out in a couple days. If you cannot commit to what we need to be done, don't accept loads! You don't even deserve a 1 star!
