I have not enjoyed my house, things are falling apart already and we still have the warranty and when we call the response is unbelievable. I called for the plumber about 2 weeks now still no one has come but yet they are still building houses everyday around my area. I called the area manager HAZEL to explain the situation, she tells me because my house was under $400K. What does that mean? For any new buyers out there before you decides to buy a house with TERLINGHOMES please do your research
