Roger(Area Manager) was very patient with us, explained all processes to us, and welcomed my unannounced visits whenever I had more questions. Couldn’t be more happier to see how energy efficient our house is, good appliances and Gord (Service Manager) is just a message away when we find anything that needs fixing . I know it’s a prerequisite to make clients happy, there is much difference when clients feel their builder really helped in making the right choice and that’s what we feel. Thanks Lincolnberg
