★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful work! We recently moved and wanted to update our new home. We contacted 123 Alberta Renovations and Albert was able to come out for a quote the next day. We replaced all hardwood floors, backsplash and tiles in each bathroom. The crew was amazing, arrived on time and addressed all our concerns. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an update and use them for our future projects!

I was really surprised with reasonable pricing and the quality of work.
Albert is a very nice person to work with. He would always give high professional advice but at the same time is very respectful to clients opinion. He keeps to the schedule and do what's been promised.
His team members are professionals delivering top notch quality of work.
I'm satisfied with my renovation and would recommend this company to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We looked and looked for a contractor to develop our basement for us at a reasonable price within a reasonable timeline, and these guys truly fit the bill! The work was done as quickly as possible, but more importantly it was done well. Albert helped us make some decisions, and suggested solutions for issues we couldn't decide on. He was always helpful with suggestions, but at the end of the day he made sure we had the final say. If he had a different opinion he would voice it, but in the end went with our preference if we didn't like his idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 123 Alberta Renovations crew was great to work with! The finished product is beautiful. The workers were very respectful of my home, they were friendly and jovial and good workers. Our timeline ended up going from one month to two months, but our entire basement was finished in 2 months despite supply chain delays, several days of freezing rain that meant nobody would come that day, etc. The price quoted was incredibly reasonable, and any changes to the original quote were based on us asking for additional work or changing our minds about something we'd planned at the start. Fair, reasonable, and beautiful work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albert, has walked away from my project after cutting a hole in my wall to investigate the structure. There was no dispute, he simply stopped retuning message. Additional, everytime he did work at my house the price would go up. He punched a hole in my new drywall wall and left it for me to repair. He damaged a brand new sold core door while drilling for the deadbolt, and again left me to repair it.
Be cautious with the all the five star reviews. When I did not put my review up right away he threatened to charge me an additional $100. Also watch the material he purchased. He bought 5000 nails to install my baseboards and window casing. I don't need 4900 left over nails.
