The person who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was super polite - then we got there and the person who was behind the counter was on the phone, but another person popped out from the back and asked us (in a super friendly way) if they could help us - by that time, the person who was behind the counter was done on the phone and jumped in. The piercer was super polite and professional (turned out to be the same person who popped out from the back to help out). Thumbs up to you both.

S	Sam Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the double helix special. The people there were nice, however the piercings I had done were absolutely terrible. I feel like the piercer was not gentle, and I thought it was a huge red flag that I was not informed about aftercare. One of my helix piercings, at the very top of my ear was pierced at a downward angle and was very unsightly. Also, the forward helix that was done was pierced with a curved barbell, which was sliding around which made it very difficult to heal. The forward helix was also pierced at an odd angle. The jewelry they used to pierce with was extremely cheap, and discolored my ear. Both piercings were very swollen and painful, compared to my conch and my tragus piercing that I had gotten done elsewhere, which was healing very nicely despite the fact I got those and the helix piercings done a week apart. I had to go to another piercing parlor to get the piercings done here removed and I got a second opinion from there. The piercer here agreed that the placement was poor and the forward helix should not have been done with a curved barbell. Please do your research, and go somewhere else.

Never got a tattoo done here but got all my piercings (helix, septum and now navel) done at Universal and always had great experiences. :)
