Took a motor apart and left the shaft key inside the housing...they can't fix anything.... tryed to charge a repair cost which was more expensive than brand new unit.... complete joke

I get the impression that Universal has a very knowledgeable team with a high level of integrity. I would recommend them to any facility that needs to either purchase industrial grade motors or have them refurbished.
