We got a quote from DC United Roofing our of Barrie at $6873 which is double what we were quoted with United Roofing out of Toronto so we went with United Roofing and couldn't be more pleased. Great job, efficient, polite and they cleaned up all around the house, not one nail to be seen. Very great service. I would recommend these guys time and time again.
L	Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! They do not do a good job as you can see from the photos and these are only a few photos I took, there's a lot more damaged shingles and exposed nails everywhere. They also left some of the old shingles and covered them up even though I paid for total removal. Also instead of putting proper ridge capping for architectural shingles which is more expensive they just cut up 3 tab shingles which are not as wind resistant. When I contacted the owner all I got is a bunch of excuses and did not own up and take responsibility. The people that left positive reviews most likely never went up on the roof to check the work afterwards. It looked good from the ground but when I went up on the roof the next day and took a closer look it looked bad. I even checked two houses that he did in the area before the work and again it looked good from the ground. I spent a lot of money only to have damaged shingles put on or damaged during installation and had to fix their poor workmanship. Don't go for the lowest quote, it's better to pay a bit more and avoid a headache. Always check the work!!

The crew were nice and did a nice job cleaning up around the house before leaving. Ritchie Wang (Sales Manager) is easy to talk to and gave honest good suggestion on how things should be done and color combination that will look nice on my old house. The best part is they are the lowest price among the 4 quotes that I got which made me decide to pick them and very happy of my decision.
