The architect who had to do the structural plans to get the city permit was slow, but I understand that Billdr got another architect now. Getting 3 quotes for the project from general contractors helped a lot!

Marco was unbelievably helpful, organized, and took initiative to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. This is definitely the future of the construction industry, finally giving people insight into where all the costs come from and allowing them to have so much more control of the entire renovation process. Amazing experience!

Raphael and Jesse were able to help find a trusted contractor and even relayed some notes on my design drawings looking for potential improvements. They went beyond their calling and explained everything in simple terms the I could understand. The service helped me connect with multiple general contactors for my own home renovation.
It is extremely useful to have a budget set from the get go and one that is broken down into easy line items to digest.
I would recommend Billdr to anyone thinking about small or large home renovations and extensions

We used Billdr to help find us a great general contractor to manage the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. From the first call through to the last inspection and signoff with our Billdr project manager, the whole experience felt professional and supportive.
Working with the Billdr team and our project manager gave us the confidence to move forward with our renovations by giving us a transparent estimate and an extra set of (experienced) eyes on the project. They also helped to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget.
The general contractor for our home renovation that Billdr recommended was impressive to say the least. They started as soon as we signed off on the proposal, came in every day on time with all the materials ready for the day's work, replied to all emails and text messages, usually within minutes, and followed up regularly to ensure we were happy with the work and progress.
I wish I could come up with something negative to say about the experience to balance this review, but everything went flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Billdr to our friends and family and already have.
