C	Caitlin Sievert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete lack of transparency, lengthy delays, corner cutting (walls are only primed, paint splatters on the floors, cracks in floor...and much more on a brand new unit), exorbitant hidden fees (closing adjustments over 5% of unit cost) and flat out lies. Our lawyer said, and I quote, "the lowest level of transparency I’ve ever seen" in 26 years of practicing law. Now THAT is a problem.

The finishes are excellent, the design is gorgeous, and I have a view that can't be beat. The building is still like new. Buying at this building was one of the best decisions I ever made.

C	Cindy Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to express how disappointed I am with the service and follow up your company has displayed on May 10th, 2022. I had a scheduled appointment for decor selections on May 10 at 12:15pm. I was not notified that this appointment had been cancelled and had even tried to contact head office of Lamb development and was told that they did not have a contact for Krystan who was suppose to conduct the appointment. They told me to wait because she maybe running late. I was there for 30mins until I had to call again to ask the office to find out what exactly is happening. Eventually they said the appointments were all cancelled and someone should have contact me or emailed me. Nothing was received on my end. I had appointments I had to push aside for this appointment and came from a far distance. This was a waste of my valuable time and I am very upset that no one has even contacted me even after the fact that I had emailed this email to tell them I was at the venue 75 Ontario street. Very bad customer service!
