★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Carlos on the phone and he was great to deal with. Answered all my questions and managed to get me what I wanted, when I needed it. Equipment was dropped off quickly and placed in the right location. A different driver happened to see me struggling to operate the equipment later that day and stopped what he was doing, came over and really helped me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unbeatable service, managed to facilitate the easiest way to takeover the rental of heavy machinery on a worksite and an after hours pickup of a generator on the way up to the site. All this was accomplished while Carlos ensured that I would optimize the price and the time rented versus going with other United franchises in the Lower Mainland.
They organized a pickup for us on site as well, so there was no muss no fuss. I cannot recommend this shop enough!
