★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Without so much as a look they decided that although the truck came back early, extra "optional" insurance was not refundable. Why should we pay to insure vehicles within their property? Another highway robbery rip-off scam. Pay one day and then let them bill you. Only way you'll get a fair deal. Ten days $1500. Hardly even close to the $55/day they quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 23ft truck for my move. Less then a week from move date recieved a call telling me I'd need to go pickup the truck from port mcneil if I wanted it and told it would give me a nice "scenic" drive before moving away. That's an over 2hr drive each way to get the truck! I was not willing to waste over 4hrs so woman booked me for 15ft truck. Day of I arrive and there were 3 trucks larger then the 15ft. Gave the benifit of the doubt that maybe they were already taken. When I went by through day and then arrived back just after 3pm the larger trucks were still there. The icing on the cake for unhappy was told that driving 35km required $30 of fuel. Had initially put half that amount and made to leave and get more fuel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a trailer two weeks in advance only to find out the DAY before that we would need to drive 2hrs to Port McNeil to pick it up. ?
What is the point of the reservation system then? Do they take the over $100 you spend on gas to get the trailer off of the bill?
Oh yeah and there is a 24 hr cancellation policy so we had minutes to decide if this was an option or not.
Terrible experience. Definitely won't be using again. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!
