★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have to rent a u haul from this place, and apparently you believe what the lady tells you, like apparently if you use debit you don't have to pay a deposit, that she will e transfer you your refund and apparently if you call them and tell them they spelled you name wrong before they mail your refund, they don't change it.
I messaged u haul and they are the ones who told me that there is no deposit need if you pay with debit, and that their company doesn't do e transfer. And I talked the woman on the phone when she called me to tell I was getting a refund and told her that my name was spelled wrong she didn't change it. It's been a week no refund in the mail and even when it does show up it no good if i can cash it because it has someone else name on it.
I would left a negative 5 stars if I could.
