★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I would not recommend getting flooring from United in Campbell River, especially if you are doing a large reno. I ordered my flooring from here before Christmas time. I was told originally the flooring would be ready by Tuesday if I ordered by the previous Wednesday. I wasn't told when I ordered the flooring that the store would be closed for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately my reno was held up due to the flooring. I had to order an additional box after and it came within 12 business days, and was charged $22 in shipping fees on a $70 box of laminate because they had to retrieve it from the Comox store. I work in Comox and could have easily picked it up, but I wasn't given an option. The flooring looks great and they have a great product but the service could have been much more transparent, on two occasions.

Randy and Travis did a wonderful job with both the carpeting and laminate installation. . Very meticulous. On time every day, Polite and always left work area clean when day ended. We would recommend the two of them and Martim at United Floors.
