★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to your team for excellent service! I showed up unannounced because my tire pressure sensor came on as I was getting home from work. The technician came out to help right away and found a huge screw in my tire. I was reassured that they would at least put my spare on for me but even tho it was nearly closing they found the time to fix it for me right then. I am very appreciative of their help and the service levels of all the people I spoke to. THANK YOU!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said they'd fix my flat between jobs as I didn't have an appointment. 5 hours later I called back to be told that no they can't. Picked my tire back up and took it to a locally owned shop nearby where it was fixed immediately. It's better to say no, we can't do it today than to leave a customer hanging...

I got stuck so many times and I finally had enough. Kal Tire squeezed me and put some chains on my car. They were polite and professional and super clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in while vacationing because our van was giving a tire pressure warning. Was quickly looked after. The problem was immediately diagnosed as a computer issue. Our van’s computer was reset and we were on our way within 15 minutes. We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff in helping us solve the problem.

I didn’t know I had a nail in my summer tire and they fixed it free of charge while changing my tires.
These small acts of kindness go a long way and we will continue to bring our two vehicles here for seasonal tire changes.
Really like the ability to book online and the automated texts when your vehicle is ready☺️
