★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been taking my vehicles to pro tech for a couple years now and have had nothing but the best of experiences ... Never once have I felt ripped off or cheated... Due to my current work schedule I never really know when I have days off during the week but thats not a problem with pro tech they allow me to drop my truck even if they have a busy schedule and they always find time to get the job done...
I recomend these guys to everyone I know and will continue doing business with them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you own a Subaru in Campbell River there really is no where else you should be going, one of the mechanics used to be a head tech at Subaru and has tons of experience working on them. All the staff were super helpful/friendly and the last thing on their mind is ripping you off. They also didnt have an issue with working on my right hand drive, would highly recommend!

The last time we dealt with them they performed a timing belt change on our car about 6 months prior but the timing belt snapped (I should mention it was determined it was the fault of the timing belt company who provided the part, not the garage)
From start to finish during this experience, we have had nothing but constant communication and professionalism from the staff at this garage while they fixed our vehicle. Highly recommend these guys, they have your best interest in mind when it comes to your vehicles.
