★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience. We are starting a DIY project, and Pam, the associate who was in the tile department, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find everything we needed to get started. It was a fantastic shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an above and beyond experience today. I had 2 different associates helping me find some gloves that were scattered across the store. Really exceeded my expectations of help. 10/10 will shop there again and recommend others to do so as well.

Staff are great and friendly, Covid rules in affect. So if you feel like building something... This is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your typical home Depot but with the worst customer service. My last few experices In store have been underwhelming to say the least. To top it off I have been trying to contact their tool rental department by phone for the last 3 hours, which their website specifically says to do. when I was finally able to speak to a real person ( who was not in the tool rental department) I was left on hold for 14 minutes and decided to then hang up. Guess I'll be hitting up a different store for my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be one of my favorite Home Depots to shop at. Until today. All it takes is one rude manager to spoil it. Whoever was the on duty manager at 4:30 pm on March 24/2022 I did not get their name. I have spent a lot of money at this store....including today.....not any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought blinds and was told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get them manufactured and installed. In reality it took 5.5 months. We went to Home Depot and I was assigned a sales rep and told them what I wanted. It took her a month to even get us a contract. Multiple phone call, voice message, emails, text messages all went unanswered. After we received the contract we signed and returned it right away. Then is was weeks and weeks of the same, just trying to get Home Depot to take our money so the order could start. Once they had our money it went into manufacturing. For months, every few weeks we would call and ask if there is an update. So many calls, so many promises to call us back with updates that never happened. No one knew anything. No one cared. The blinds were finally installed 5.5 months after we made the request. Very frustrating. If they told us that we would be waiting 5 to 6 months for blinds we would have gone somewhere else.
Pros:
Blinds are nice. Exactly what we ordered.
Install guy was great.
Price was good.
Cons:
Never set realistic expectations about delivery.
Terrible communication.
Soul sucking experience. Would not recommend.
I sent a review directly to Home Depot after the install but they never posted it on their site, so here I am writing a Google review. Great blinds if you can wait half a year.
