★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent $140 on stellar pink Dogwood tree and it never did well. It showed signs that it may not be dead so I waited until spring when it obviously had no hope. I call them and explain the situation and right away the guy gets aggressive about why I waited so long. Which just pisses me off. He offered to sell me another one for half price but with customer service like that, they can go F#@K themselves. I believe he thought I was all about the money. For me it's all about the principle and being honest. I will never spend another dime there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, patient, knowledgeable staff and overall support. Arrived late in the afternoon and was helped by everyone but Cindy stood out and assisted us for almost 2 hours. She ensured our new plants would be happy in certian garden areas based on our local topography. Well done and thanks again so much!
