About Unitarian Fellowship (Lakehead)
Long ago, we opened a savings account for the purposes of getting the LUF’s JAR donation monies through Paypal and into our Kiva (microfinance loans) account on- line. The savings account has not been used for sometime now and those of us who maintain an interest in the Kiva project have decided to close the account before the Credit Union withdraws the annual dues. We will continue to recycle the loan repayment money to other borrowers though. However we now encourage you to start your own Kiva account (and join with the Unitarian Flames Kiva team) because LUF’s JAR can no longer accept your dollars.
