★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this company regularly for popcorn. I placed an order, it had been a few days and it had not shown up even though we are in the same city. I called the company and spoke with the person who answered the phone, she gave me the tracking number and said it's not her problem because once it's shipped she has no control over where it goes. First off, if your customer calls and asks where an order is, if you actually provided good service you would offer to look into it rather than give them a tracking number and telling them to beat it. I waited another 3 days and called again. She told me again it was not her problem, didn't even offer to replace the order while we waited for this one to show up. I got the invoice in the mail before I got the actual order. I called and let her know I wouldn't be paying the invoice until I got the order because who knows when it will show up.
The order finally did show up 2 weeks later. I decided to give them another chance and place another order today. However, all I got was attitude from the person who answered the phone. "You better pay for this one one time, it's not my fault your order took 2 weeks to show up. What kind of customer service is that? Extremely rude to answer the phone and talk to customers like that. We may not have been a large customer but we were a loyal one and now you've lost our business. Your website says you offer great customer service, that should be removed because you sure don't.

margarita mixes, cotton candy or candy apple coat. We love the chocolate and caramel popcorn glaze. This time we are trying the nacho cheese to dip your nachos in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your hurting for that theater popcorn buy some flavacol from this nice vendor. It's the salt they use for theater popcorn. They even have a great kettle corn 1 liter carton as well. Very decent prices.
