★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I texted Sebastian 2 days in advance to confirm he would be in the office, and the truck I was interested in would be available to look at and test drive. I drove the 6.5 hours to see it. I agreed to take it, and filled out the paperwork he provided for financing. This was a Friday, and he said I would have an answer by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. By Wednesday I hadn't heard anything, and happened to check his Facebook page...wouldn't you know, he sold the truck to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could possibly put 0 stars or negative stars for this person Sebastian I absolutely would we're trying to buy 2 trucks from him 567 and 389 gladder tried for over 6 weeks with communication back-and-forth always problems never phone calls return and then in the end it comes to the final conclusion of all well the border patrol or the customs won't allow me to send a truck across the border all kinds of excuses more excuses than I've ever heard of my entire life I wouldn't suggest doing business with these people unless you can do it person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a truck brought it to Ontario brakes failed safety.. after it just being safetied in Quebec. I put it through 2 safeties as request by ultimate and one being Cervus peterbilt.. They said no problem we will take care of it for you get the brakes done I have everything in text. I give them the bill for $4,200 they totally fought me on it even blocking me from their Facebook page lol. And they won’t answer texts or emails… plus it wasn’t detailed. I just hope the next person doesn’t have this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the wife of an owner operator we have had many experiences with the buying and selling of trucks. This place has far exceeded any poor customer service we have received and would highly suggest going elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase a truck here perhaps have your own mechanic come with you to look at it. 90,000 later we had to pay $5000 in an ON safety in order for it to be able to be safe on the road and pass. If it was sold not safetied we would understand. But that was not the case. We also had to pay to have the bunk heater fixed and this was not working when purchased. We also had to shampoo the carpet in the truck 4 times until the water was somewhat cleaned. We have asked to work with them and have sent numerous emails with no response until my husband put up a bad review. Then they wanted to talk. The offer was subpar and barely covered the cost of brakes. We have offered to settle and pay for a good portion just to settle and they are not interested in coming good for their part that should have been paid for when purchased.
If you guys take a look at the “good” reviews on here a lot of them are coming from upper management “Sebastian” obviously not accurate reviews. Much like “liking” your own photo on Facebook. Who does that?
Hopefully this prevents another driver and family from getting screwed around by the “big” guy. Unfair when drivers work so hard as it is and struggle on a good day.
