★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good service here. my issue was with Uhaul rental though. booked well ahead of time and was given a 20 foot truck instead of a 26 foot truck. however the service and people were very understanding here and I would deal with them again because of their customer service skills!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 1 star. Did mobile pick up on a Saturday. Got to location with 3 15’ cube vans on-site. Received code to lock box only to find empty. Called customer service who kept putting on hold and giving no answers. Got second lockbox code to find it empty as well. Wasted over 3 hours total with no keys to any truck. Ended up getting full refund.
