★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think this shop is very good. I think a 3 star is warranted because:
Mediocre products and very mediocre service.
They don’t follow ESD procedures from my experience of attempting to buy a used stick of RAM.
I have called twice before and gotten a call back once. Whenever I walk into this shop I have felt like a nuisance to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local shop has lots of cool electronic gadgets, computers, peripherals, etc. But what makes this place so great is the staff. They will go out of their way to give you the best service. Had a big issue with a fried computer. Took it to a Mac certified place in Duncan. They wanted to send the hard drive off to the Mainland to see if they could access our files. It was going to cost a minimum of $1300! Took it to Sean at Uforik and he had every file and photo onto another hard drive for under $300. And they aren't even a Mac repair shop! I'm always happy to recommend Uforik Computers to anyone who needs anything computer related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone into this shop a couple of times, each with the same experience.
I was looking for a new computer and had questions. The fellow who served me seemed a bit insulting. I really felt like I was taking up his time. He answered a few questions, but was not forth coming with lots of answers or suggestions. It was like getting one word answers all the time. I had the funds, I wanted to buy a new computer and this guy seemed to care less. So I left and bought a new one somewhere else.
