P	Pi Pikapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to UCC since I was an undergraduate student. Now even though I live in the GTA I still go back to UCC dental. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Dr. Zhao is very genuine and down to earth and I am thankful to receive her care. Although I walked in the clinic with very bad tooth pain, I had no pain during the filling process and my tooth feels great after.
A	Andrew Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place to go to. Though it is at a convenient location for an undergraduate student at Western, the service was not the greatest. Up until my wisdom teeth removal, staff were kind and thorough with everything I had to do prior to my surgery. As someone else had mentioned, I had told them I was unsure of my insurance coverage and the staff said they would take care of it. After my surgery they said I were to pay in full and that I would have a cheque issued to me for my reimbursement. Months later I had still not received it and when I called the dental office about it they were extremely rude and were not willing to help me resolve the problem. I had sent several emails and calls and they were not good at getting back to me. They essentially told me to call Manulife directly to figure it out even though the staff told me they would work it all out. I truly would not recommend going here unless you have no where else to go to that is close by. The staff were friendly up until the surgery was over with and then they stopped caring after we had paid.
L	Luyi Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really good experience at UCC dental, good environment and super friendly staff. I got my x-ray, dental check, and wisdom tooth removal the day. I was very nervous when Dr. Zhao was extracting my wisdom tooth, but it was so quick and I didn't feel anything. She is really good at what she does, and I would definitely recommend her and UCC dental.

They were super helpful over the phone and gave me an appointment within the hour. When I got there everyone was so kind and I saw the doctor really quickly. Dr. Zhao was awesome and genuinely cared about what was going on. I am an international student so this is not my regular dentist and the fees were expensive as dental isn't covered on my UHIP, but I would not hesitate to go there again if I needed to see a dentist quickly.

Dr. Zhao was awesome and genuinely cared about what was going on and asked every so often if I was comfortable or experiencing any pain. I would definitely recommend this place. They do a great job everytime.
