★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both dentist are amazing. After being afraid of dentist for years he and his assistants help me thru some extensive dental work. Now I look forward to my visits.
And Dr.wong was nice enough to let me have a payment plan for my son's braces. I fell on some good times and wanted that payment gone. Because it was paid in full he reimbursed me 700$. That is a 10% discount from a dentist. More than amazing job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was in the hospital with dental pain my husband contacted numerous locations across the province trying to find someone to help me remove a tooth. Whitecourt Dental was the only place who contacted us back immediately when they had a opening and got me in right away. The receptionist is phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Genuine caring staff. Every single person in that office was patient, kind and caring. I didn't feel rushed or stressed at all when it took hours to freeze my painful tooth. Dr. Wong is a patient Dentist, his calm and patient demeanor made this process much more tolerable. The hygenist staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. It really was a family atmosphere. I can't rave enough about how phenomenal they were. I'm considering switching to this clinic for all my dental appointments.
