β β β β β Inconvenient location situated way out in the boonies a couple of miles from Scott Road Skytrain station in Surrey. A pain if you're taking transit from Vancouver. Over an hour each way. Why not one in Vancouver? It's a nice space, new, bright and strangely way too much space for what they're utilizing it for.

β β β β β Hi there, my Uber Eats account got deactivated due to a mistake by the support agent for the past several days despite calling support several times. They do not care about the problem and there is no one to help and no compensation for our loss. It seems now that the pandemic is going back to normal, Uber does not care about drivers even less than before. Itβs really shameful that Uber? does not have any social responsibility towards drivers who are getting the job done. I worked for DoorDash as well which is way better than Uber. I am considering opening a case to the court of BC, Canada against Uber for all the loss it causes to me. I recommend all those who have a complaint to join me for further steps. Dear fellow colleagues, please feel free to reply to me if you have any concerns.

β β β β β Is not about location! It is about the Uber that they collect TAX from drivers on the HEAD OFFICE income!
For example as you see on the attached picture they Donβt pay Booking fee to drivers but they collect Tax on a money they never pay to drivers!
Or on βService fee βthat they collect from passengers for UBER HEAD OFFICE and never pay to drivers, but they collect taxes from Drivers income!!!!!

I hope whoever is in charge see this comment and really do something because I never ever use Uber again. Worst support Iβve ever seen! What they do is only repeat one thing on the phone over and over and then thatβs it!

However they are still living in past with the COVID restrictions.
I noticed how tired the security guys were to implement Massk policy, and unhappy employees cuz have to wear Maasssk!
