★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unorganized and rude. Overcharged 100$ that we could not get back because she put the drop off location at a different location on the contract we signed. According to U-Haul we were suppose to drop off at the same location to receive the 100$ back. She even said U-Haul is not her business and that my boyfriend was "talking too much" because he asked how long its going to be after we waited 45 min while she served every single other person besides us.We also paid for 2 Dollys that we did not receive and she said she could not do anything about it.
