★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the Worst experience at Uhaul. I booked it online but had to wait for an hour for my turn. Surprisingly, there was only one person ahead of me, the Uhaul workers were super chatty with this person, talking about who owns this Uhaul, etc. I requested the Uhaul worker to expedite my order as I had already paid online as well as the movers (4 people) were waiting for me and I was being billed hourly by the movers. I ended up paying 1 hour extra labour to 4 people due to the sloppiness of this Uhaul location. Further, when I asked for an inspection before taking the truck they said no worries you have insurance. This is not professional as they take insurance for granted and expect insurance company to pay in case something goes wrong. The only positive was the truck itself, no issues with driving, etc : )
