Lost a payment. Called threatening my stuff. Is now "looking into it" and "wasn't rude but could be".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only gone here for their Uhaul service but everytime I've gone they've been very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions we have patiently and in a very straight forward manner. It has made things much less stressful and was greatly appreciated.

When I went to move out of town, and head back to where I came from, I had an issue with Uhaul. One that had not been encountered by Donna the lady in the office who helped me get it sorted out. She stayed well after close to get the issue sorted out for me and provided me with exceptional service beyond what she required or obligated to do so. Would recommend and choose this business for any future service needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After dealing with problem after problem from Uhaul, we were pleasently surprised when we came here. Not only did the owner help unload our car off the dolly while it was pouring rain, she also helped save us money when we returned the u haul truck. The customer service was overall amazing, I definitely recommend coming here for storage and uhaul needs.
