★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the dispatcher. 0 stars for the plumber. I called to get a hot water tank fixed that had failed overnight, but then had to cancel. The reason I canceled is I’m located out of FSJ and found someone to perform the work that was closer and $900 cheaper. Before I canceled I asked if the plumber had been dispatched yet, I was told no. I was then called by the plumber and was threatened verbally with a physical confrontation. This made a stressful situation worse. 0 stars I would not recommend.

Our residential boiler went down late Friday night early Saturday morning (-25 outside) and we called another local plumbing company, they came to look at it and said they would get to us eventually!! Monday morning still no heat and no call from "other" company ... so we called Marsh & Sons....the nice man was here in 10 mins and got us up and running with more repairs to be done at a later date
WE HAVE HEAT AGAIN!!!!!
Thank you Marsh & Sons ..... we will never call anyone else again!!! <3
