★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman I spoke with to book a truck was not friendly and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there doing her job. On top of this, when it came to moving day, I discovered that she made an error and booked for 1 month later than I had asked for. No trucks were available in the area. We had to push our moving date back as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented twice from the Rentco Uhaul location and have been extremely satisfied both times. Other Uhaul locations in Grande Prairie have not met the high standard of customer service that the Rentco Uhaul location provides. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in their dealings with customers. They even sold me a hitch at a reasonable price ($43) when I had left mine at work. Highly recommend them to anyone.

One of staff who is name "Amy" please tell her April 27 is Sat not Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She said few times on April 27 is Monday and she hang off the customer. I called again that I talk the supervisor and when transfer it was hang off again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like they are deleting my review every time I leave it. This company was absolutely horrible to me. I booked my truck one month before I needed it for two days, the day before my move I received a call from U-Haul telling me I can’t have the truck for longer than one day. The customer service made no attempt whatsoever to remedy this issue, And would not even offer a simple apology or explanation. When trying to book another truck the best they could do was a truck 2 1/2 hours away from me. I cancelled all orders and got a truck through Driving Force who were exceptional in every aspect of their customer service and reliability. Not only will I never use U-Haul again, but I have told everyone I know about my experience and hopefully they won’t either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service in edmn. Just got home after 2 days. Hopefully, it all ends well, concerning paperwork. I took pictures to show I washed trailer n no damage incurred. Thank you to all the edmn staff I dealt with. Keep up the good work and cheerful attitudes.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire U-haul experience was not positive. Please consider your tow speeds if you're traveling across mountain ranges. If a driver feels "pressured" to arrive at a destination, this becomes a safety issue for the consumer and his/her family members. NOT OKAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience! Imma new mom and my 2 month old had a bad blowout while I was there. They have no changing table but they gladly made me one! With a table and a clean blanket so she wasnt on the floor. (I forgot changing matt at home). Best people there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably ignorant staff! Put me on hold for 11 minutes just to hang up on me. I called back and stated that I would not stay on hold this time and instead of apologizing for taking my time and creating an inconvenience she cut me off while I was speaking and put me back on hold without my permission. I would have been understanding if she gave me a time quote or took my phone number to call me back when it was convenient for her. I am also calling about a urgent matter so this is not appreciated and I will never come back once my issue is resolved. DO NOT GO HERE!
Not to mention… I booked in advance and their service was extremely slow and unorganized. Better places to save your time and energy in Grande Prairie.
