★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a 14' dump trailer, batteries were dead, after boosting it, it would not lift 1000lbs of dirt (trailer was well under loaded). Capicity was rated at 9000lbs, i was well under the load limit. Unloaded entire trailer by hand, brought trailer back to keddies. Yard guy was not concerned that the trailer wouldnt do its job, no offer to hook onto another unit. Went inside, explained to the girl at the counter about my poor expieriance and how the yard guy didnt seem to care, she didnt either, once again no offer to hook onto another newer unit that wasnt and old pile of junk. Paid my bill and left, wont be back. Poor customer service and junk equipment, total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a trailer for two days to move a car. The trailer was in horrid condition. Bald tires, worn out pins to hold the ramps up( had to tie them up to be safe) tounge plate had a big crack in it, spare tire holder was falling off. Spare tire wasn't safe to sue anyway. Find another way. Someone must care about their customers.
