★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment très déçue du service de réparation de ma souffleuse. 400$ de frais plus tard et la souffleuse (presque neuve,) toujours pas fonctionnel. Mise au point complètement inutile car j’ai due l’appeler afin qu’il essaie la souffleuse avant de dire qu’elle était ok. Il l’a ensuite essayé et à vue qu’il y avait un problème (que jetais au courant, mais que lui après mise au point ne l’avait pas vue CAR NE LAVAIT MEME PAS ESSAYÉ!!!) un minimum d’essayer la machine avant de dire au client qu’elle fonctionne. !
Puis ensuite il a fait les réparations de ce problème. Qui oui a été résout. Mais il nous dit qu’elle est top shape et à la première tombée de neige môle et fluffy (facile a souffler) on ne peux faire un mètre!!! Aucune vérification évidente de sa part. Ajustement mal fait. Une vis (qu’il m’avait dit qu’il metterais) n’a même pas été mise!!!
400$ plus tard pour une souffleuse il me semble qu’elle devrait fonctionner un minimum non? Et surtout ne pas se faire dire qu’elle fonctionne alors que NON!
On doit se redeplacer pour cela. Relouer un vehicule a NOS frais pour reporter la souffleuse se refaire reparer! Vraiment mais vraiment incompétent et non accommodant!
Really very disappointed with the repair service for my snowblower. $400 later and the snowblower (almost new) still not functional. Completely useless tune-up because I had to call him to try the snowblower before saying it was ok. He then tried it and saw that there was a problem (that I was aware of, but that he after development had not seen it BECAUSE DIDN'T EVEN TRIED IT!!!) a minimum of trying the machine before telling the customer that it is working. !
Then he repaired this problem. Which yes has been solved. But he tells us that it is top shape and at the first soft and fluffy snowfall (easy to blow) we can't do a meter!!! No obvious verification on his part. Poorly made adjustment. A screw (which he told me he would put) was not even put!!!
$400 later for a snowblower it seems to me that it should work a minimum, right? And especially not to be told that it works when NO!
We have to move on for that. Re-rent a vehicle at OUR expense to postpone the snowblower to be repaired! Really but really incompetent and unaccommodating!
