★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys in the office were nice but very slow and don't know how to work their own system properly. The other issue is that they don't answer the phone or call back at all. personally, they need to get new staff that is more customer friendly and meet their needs promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re checking uhaul online pricing before driving out here, don’t be surprised when they don’t honour the prices and charge extra. Very disappointed. Online states 20 medium boxes are $28.35 ($1.42 each) at this place they are charging $2.99each. Will not be a returning customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! If I could select 0 stars I would. The service at this location is atrocious to say the least. I was yelled at and talked down to before I even spoke. The rudest person I have ever dealt with. Don’t leave reviews very often, but I had such a horrible experience that I couldn’t not share my experience. Go to a Airdrie or Calgary location, cause this guy deserves zero business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a 1 star review earlier, but as frustrating as it was we were partly to blame for that misadventure so I removed my poor review. Well, after a few bookings I can say with confidence this U-haul location should be avoided at all costs. From absurd hours to closing even earlier and causing us inconvenience or even getting stuck without a trailer we NEEDED, to taking a personal call and making you stand there waiting for 15 minutes waiting, nothing about the customer service here has been above 1 star. The old Cochrane U-haul location I always found helpful and friendly, they even had normal business hours past 3PM!
I run my own shop by myself and I completely understand sometimes things come up and you NEED to close or take a call. I have patience for that and hope that my customers do too, but come on, this has been time and time again and is unacceptable. For a small business I would much prefer to give feedback to the owner and not make it public unless it was necessary, but for a U-haul dealer... just drive to the city.
