Marty and Wendy were extremely helpful in the beginning with picking out and a wonderful planting of our 3 trees. Unfortunately they died shortly after. We were promised multiple times for two months that someone would take a look at our two dead trees. When no one came and no one followed up we contacted them and were promised two new trees to replace them. When we arrived the owner rudely and dismissively said that we were not getting the new trees and the person whom we spoke to on the phone had no authorization to tell us that. When we tried to explain how long this had been dragged out he simply turned and walked away mid-sentence. In our experience they do not honour their word or their warranties, and are definitely not open to discussion about any issues!

We paid in advance They planted the trees and returned the next day asking for $3,300 more as they said they-underestimated. Very unethical however we said we are open to a compromise No comprise and slapped a lien on our property. Also ruined a portion of our lawn and did not repair Very deceitful and dishonest. Be aware of their tactics. Nov 2016
L	LC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the worst customer service ever!! when we went there to pick out 4 trees for our new home, they were nice and helpful and told us that if we had any problems with them to call them and they would be more then happy to replace it. They seemed to be understanding and of course they were because we spent over 500 dollars with them. however, a month later we notice that 2 out of the 4 trees weren't doing so well, so we took pictures, contacted them and they originally told us that they just went into shock and they would come back, so after another 2 weeks they weren't getting any better we made a call to them and they told us that only one person can deal with exchange or refunds. we just wanted two new trees obviously we were doing what we were suppose to do as the other two were thriving fantastic. they told us to call him on a certain day and when we did , he wasn't there and we played this game for two weeks and still no resolution. so we had to go somewhere else to get two new trees. if they believed in their products they would offer more then 30 days warranty. i mean for goodness sake Sunnnyside offers a year and Canadian tire offers two year warranty. i am all for supporting small and local businesses but not when they treat you like that. DO NOT GO THERE!! i have told all my friends and family and neighbors about this horrible experience.
A	Amanda Pattison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Helped us pick out our tree and shrubs for our new home. But..they just planted our tree in our newly laid sod. While the service beforehand was great, when digging the hole for the tree with the auger... it ruined our grass. When using this heavy machinery, there was no wood or some sort of flat surface placed over the grass to prevent the auger from digging into our lawn. Not to mention the amount of dirt that was left behind on the lawn surrounding. I tried my best to clean up what I could but, the dirt is matted into the grass and the lines where the auger went in has made our lawn uneven. Even part of the sod next to it has lifted. All I ask is that a little more care be taken while planting because that sod took months to receive and even longer to care for in order to grow as much as it did.
J	Jill D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband the kids and I drove up there today. About 20 min from Tuscany. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. She was great with our kids. Prices were much better than Home Depot. Lots of variation of perennials, annuals, shrubs and trees. No veggies other than tomatoes and herbs though. They even have a big pond that they stock with fish for catch & release. We would definitely recommend and go back.
E	Erin Rollheiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend purchasing sod though them. It showed up late and extremely dry and all day they weren't able to track the driver down. The customer service at the shop itself was actually really friendly but when I spoke with the owner regarding the sod issues he was dismissive and confrontational as if since it was third party it wasn't their issue. I haven't experienced the rest of the nursery services but I do hear good things about them, just don't buy sod here.

Customer service was excellent - Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right tree for our area, and that we knew exactly how to do it. I will be purchasing all of our stuff Branched Out moving forward.
