À Montréal et à Laval, les employés ne sont pas très compétents et pas très polis; ce sont des jeunes qui n’ont pas envie de travailler là. J’y vais quelquefois mais, désormais autant que je le peux, je vais au dépanneur Telmosse pour le chalet. Le couple qui gère le dépanneur sont des résidants de Mont-Tremblant depuis plusieurs décennies; ils sont très sympathiques et serviables. Le service à la clientèle qu’ils offrent dépassent de très loin ce que l’on peut obtenir ailleurs chez UHaul, notamment à Montréal et Laval.
This is the best UHaul service I received at UHaul. In Montreal and Laval, the employees are not very competent and not very polite; they are young people who do not want to work there. I go sometimes, but now as much as I can, I go to the Telmosse convenience store for the cottage. The couple who manage the convenience store have been residents of Mont-Tremblant for several decades; they are very friendly and helpful. The customer service they offer goes far beyond what can be achieved elsewhere at UHaul, including Montreal and Laval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with plenty of vehicles to choose from. I needed a last-minute rental (pick-up or cargo van) for an item purchased at Rona that didn't fit in my car. No reservation, but I was on my way with a cargo van within 10 minutes. Really friendly, family business and I'd highly recommend renting here if you need to move anything in the Laurentians.
