Wish I could give this business a higher star rating because 5 is not high enough!!! What an amazing experience! Staff were wonderful, obliging, caring and compassionate! I cannot say enough good things about the high caliber of customer service my family received. The equipment was accessible, affordable, and accommodating!! Triple A rating from this very thankful and humbled customer!!

Bought moving boxes etc. from this location and must say that Jenna is one of the most accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly people that I have ever met in retail. They are lucky to have her. Great location to deal with.

First off the Young women behind the counter was great and easy to talk to. BUT let me continue on with the rest of the service and the young man I had to deal with! I was called to come and pick up my car dolly early because they were closing early and no one was going to be there to assist me, so I’ll change my plans for the day and show up hours earlier. Next I get there and they don’t have the car dolly there… they said I have to go 40 mins down the 401 to Colburn to get it…just after they called me to come get it earlier in Peterborough, either way the girl behind the desk was great and helpful until she had to go check with another young man….now this guy had the biggest chip on his shoulder…extremely rude right off the bat and raised his voice at me numerous times and said it was my fault I went to the wrong location even though I have emails and texts and a last minute phone call to show up to Peterborough, mid conversation through this situation, a line up began and he decide to yell across the store at a dozen people that it was cash only or visa. And I am currently sitting right in-front of him. He eventually offered me a car transport but I had to pay full price which I don’t believe is fair which I tried to ask why I was being punished financially for their companies lack of organization and that’s when he went off his rocker and continued to raise his voice and tell me again that it’s my fault that I showed up in the wrong location, repeatedly told me that uhaul tried to contact me to tell me it wasn’t there anymore and that I had to go to a new location. I did reply and say the only time uhaul called me was to come earlier cause no one was working past 5pm. I should him and the girl my cell phone call history and he asked to see my email which I actually showed him! Now why would I drive 40 mins more out of my way to go pick up a dolly when I can get one in the town I am picking the vehicle up in….I booked it in Peterborough for a reason. That guy needs an attitude check, again the girl was lovely to deal with.

Amazing place for Rentals! Always always always willing to help someone in need before telling them to just "go somewhere else" Both guys were amaizng for hooking up the trailer and helping with any accessories I needed. Got my hazard loom hooked up quickly and professionally within 10 minuets Highly recommend!!!

Guy on the phone was nice, older guy (manager?) behind the counter was pretty ignorant. Next time you’ve got a line up and you want to have your Jordan Peterson conversation with a customer why not exchange phone numbers and chat about it on the weekend. We’ll be definitely closing the storage unit ASAP. Not sure what he was hollering when I was on my way out but it seemed very unprofessional, thanks for wasting everybody’s time.

Great shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and I really felt the prices were reasonable. Now if only I could wiggle my nose and all things magically packed themselves!

Their storage units are easily accessible, safe and dry. Their trailer rentals have been consistently good and their service has been efficient and complete. I use their services for rental trailers a couple of times every year. And purchase boxes and packing tape here whenever needed. Grateful for their professional help!

Do yourself a favor and go in to make your reservation. U Haul's online and or centralized booking is brutal. I booked a 20' van online and literally 1 minute later got a voicemail that they had exchanged for a 15' van and thank you very much. I called back and canceled but it was annoying. Next tried to call the store directly, which is apparently impossible. Gave up and went in on my lunch hour and had prompt service with a real person who was very helpful. Facility is very nice and clean and much bigger than it seems from the road. Minor issue in that there was no snow scraper in the truck so it was awkward to scrape the windshield with my health card! They were great, but honestly go into the store.
