L	Lia Painter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here at Twisters. Great place with great people. I really enjoy my class and there are great couches that focus on everyone’s individual strangths and weakness. I highly recommend this gym.

When she was picked up they were all sitting under a tree for shade. What are we paying for? We signed our daughter up for Gymnasics and to get excited about it. Now all she says is she does not want to return because it's too hot. SHe is sunburnt today as well. We sent water, a hat and sun screen. She is six. She will need help with that. We were told that if it was too hot, that the outside activities would be limited. This is a safety concern for all parents. When my wife inquired to the staff this issue, inside an air conditioned office, they responded very caviler, that they did not realize how hot it was. My wife responded, that's because you're sitting in an air conditioned office and not paying attention to the situation. We will be asking for our money back. We had heard good things about Twisters gym, but this is our first experience with them and are very disappointed. Sorry to write such a bad review but seriously, safety first.

M	Mia Pia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although, there is a solid track record of gymnastics champions, clearly the focus is not on customer service but on money. If you’re going to have as many kids admitted as Twisters does, you better have the right space and conditions for parents to wait, specially if you expect parents to be there. The viewing spaces are cramped. The worst are the hygiene conditions, absolutely disgusting! I went for a drop in session and had my socks on as it’s so icky. I suddenly felt something very hard, thought it was plastic, looked at the culprit and was appalled to see it was a piece of someone’s old yellowed toe nail!! The rest of the session, I was so sick to my stomach. The washrooms are dirty, no regular cleaning schedule. There’s debris under mats and I’m not talking about gym chalk but actual dust and debris. I doubt the place is treated with a safe fungicide on a regular basis, the mats stink and cannot see this place as a safe place for toddlers, let alone for kids. This is unacceptable for what you pay and clearly the fact that this is Abbotsford only gymnastics club has been taken advantage of.
A	Adhan Irfan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for gymnastics, but the bathrooms are disgusting. I have to plug my nose every time I go in, and the toilets are ridiculously dirty. They should clean there bathrooms a lot more often and add few more stronger fans because it stinks in there. On Monday my mom was there and she was talking about this issue with other parents, and they all agreed that there kids were also complaining about the stinky bathroom. Hopefully there management will take this issue into consideration and do something about the bathrooms.
L	Lily L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. The place is dirty, run down and seems dangerous. Ripped mats and poorly set up equipment. The one coach is so unenthusiastic, bored looking and unhelpful that it takes away from the experience. The other coach looks awesome but she's with a different class. Also, one irresponsible mother thought it was appropriate to bring her incredibly sick child to class, sneezing and coughing non stop. I think the coach should have said something because it's a class of very young kids and everyone is being exposed to these germs and touching the same equipment. My kid was sick two days after and now my whole family including my infant is sick. This was my kids only activity out of the home that week so pretty sure it's from this sick kid. If your kid is sick be considerate and keep it home and don't infect others - should be common sense! Especially when it comes to a class like this full of very young children. Next time O's Mom should keep him home instead of uselessly telling him to "catch your cough" every two minutes! Also, there was a man in the ladies change room/restroom and the staff didn't seem to notice or care - that's just wrong!!!
A	Annum Fatima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, I went with my friend to attend her daughter's gymnastic class, wonderful instructors, good staff. However, the bathroom hygiene is gross, it is extremely smelly, and I was surprised to find out that my friend's daughter goes through the sickening smell every time and at times she's almost nauseous by the time she leaves the bathroom. I still can't believe.this issue isn't sorted by the management, I visited few days ago again and the condition has been the same. My request to the management is to please work on their bathroom hygiene because this is extremely dangerous for the little kids.
D	Don Adlam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, but with sometimes spotty instructing when your kids are young. Some of the instructors seem bored and barely interactive. Our kids did make progress, but it could have been better. Class sizes are also fairly large. The facility has nice clean change rooms and washrooms, and the organization is quite good.
