One of coaches Melissa ignored my niece when she was in pain and child got even more injuries. They ignore , they do not listen to gymnasts , they do not care.....

Our first day at the gym, my daughter's class was to run from 1030 til 1145, she is 6 yrs old. First discouragement, her teacher was 20 minutes late. And be it that we were not allowed to stay and watch, I left with my younger one, and went and grocery shopped. I was back at the gym by 1130 but didn't go in til 1140 to pick up my daughter. At this point shes is already dressed, sitting alone in the watch area, and informed me her class had been done for awhile and that she left the building ALONE to walk and find me. No coach supervision, nothing. Red flag. I emailed and also talked to staff who said someone would be in touch with me. There has never been any communications about it. There were other incidences in my 4 weeks there with my girls. But I decided the red flags I experienced and felt I needed to pull them from their classes. I emailed, received no response, so I called, and the gentleman I spoke with kept cutting me off, not allowing me to really get a thought out. He ended up telling me to email the info. I did email, and also expressed concerns I had felt. And since I emailed 2 weeks ago, I've received no response. I don't do Google reviews, but I felt like I needed to do one this time for the incredible discouragement and frustration I feel with this gym.
A	Annie A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so excited to start gymnastics back in September, but after a few sessions, realized that my babe wasn't old enough so she wasn't enjoying it. First impression: smelly.... You walk in and the smell of sweat and dust hits you .. but I figured maybe that's normal for a gymnastics gym?... We decided to withdraw mid-January, and it took them 2 weeks to acknowledge my request. That was after speaking with someone in person twice and making 2 phonecalls. They finally said they would process the withdrawal as of March 1. Fine, we paid an extra month. I accidentally checked my statement in May and realized they have been charging me the past 3 months!!!! So we restarted the process of emailing and calling again! And they're not responding to emails (since apparently they get 50 a day) and they won't deal with you over the phone... Don't go to TAG .. you will kick yourself for it...
