★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your appointment booking line was poor. Your staff could not hear what I talk and blamed me on my signal and voice. I was using landline and I was loud enough. She pretended she could not hear me at all and cut me off at the end. It was quite noisy on her side which I could hear. Give your staff good office environment to service so your client do not have to yell on the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The front desk lady is very bad. She was behaving she owns the property. My husband came to drop off my child as i was unable to hold his car seat but she insulted him saying only one parent allowed. I get it that due to current situation they have to be strict but this kind of behavior is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me and set an appt for 2PM and asked to be there 5 mins early. When I went there at 1.50 PM, they couldn't find any records of the appointment and then said it is scheduled for 2.30 PM. I had to take time off from work and waste 30 mins. On the bright side, the RN Kaitlyn was professional, knowledgeable, and treated with respect and care. I would recommend this location, however, please call before leaving home/work to verify your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 18 month daugher had her vaccination and Kaitlyn was her nurse. We were having a causal talk as she was injecting the vaccine and my daugther did not cry or wince !! Kaitlyn is obviously very well trained. Thank you Kaitlyn! Good job! I hope you will still be here for my daughters next vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy, warm and bright atmosphere! Unlike most doctor/medical offices which can be quite gloomy. All the staff was helpful and friendly, the nurse who gave me and my baby our immunizations was very sweet and made the whole process quick and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was on time and they are very friendly and professional. Was very happy with RN Laura, she is very friendly to my son and even my son didn't even realize that he got two vaccines today. We work in pharmacy so we know how difficult to give two vaccines together but our experience with Laura was exceptional. I would give 10/10 as they are following COVID rules very strictly and allows limited clients at a time. God bless you guys❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location also houses the YWCA Child Care centre, so it was a bit busy. I came to access and update children immunisation records. The front desk lady was very helpful, patient and pleasant. She answered all my questions professionally and even went above and beyond. I will definitely be back here sooner rather than later.
