I always have great service from the staff here and they always welcomed with a smile and very professional, Momen is a very knowledgeable pharmacist and he is very very very polite to everyone, all I have to say that Summerside pharmasave is doing an amazing job

Showed up to a disorganized cluster F.
Was told it'd be a 40 min wait after already waiting 15 minutes outside.
Pharmacy shouldn't be booking 5 shots every 5 minutes if they aren't capable of doing their job efficiently

I’ve ever experienced and witnessed. Been a customer since they opened. They have gone out of their way many times for me and my family members/ their customer service is second to none. When in the store, I’ve seen the same with other customers.
Momen is one of the nicest and most intelligent persons you will ever meet. His guidance and health advice are always in your best interests.
His staff are all great too! Very friendly and informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad Customar service. I have booked this pharmacy to get covid 19 vaccine through AHS. I went there to get the vaccine. The pharmacist told me they don’t have the vaccine brand that I was booked for. She told me they ran out of that brand vaccine few days ago. They could have let me know this info so that I wouldn’t be driving up there in such a cold day. All other pharmacy call you if there is problem like this. It is so stupid Pharmasave summerside pharmacy don’t do any customar service.

They Bill patients who go for only injections for clinical care plans and services they did not get while they don’t even have their files!
And Intimidate patients who try to go to other pharmacies and refuse to let them go!
Terrible work ethics !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve as shipper for Loomis Express. Unreliable service and lack of ownership.
With my small business, I tried using Loomis Express & this location without any background knowledge of customer service for both the shipper and Carrier. That was certainly a mistake. I used Netparcel to print shipping labels and make payments and dropped off 2 boxes to this location for Carrier pick up. And Guess what? I realized that Loomis Express didn't pick up my boxes even after 6 working days. The staff at Pharmasave didn't help much apart from saying that they called driver and driver didn't come. They didn't bother to call me to inform that my boxes have not been picked up. Upon my realization @ boxes are not picked up, I took my boxes back, went to UPS and sent through UPS. I was looking for ownership and sense of responsibilities as shipper within staff. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed. If you are looking for timely service, this is not the place. Definitely cheaper than other Carrier but not reliable.
