We had a home inspection done by Gary and his team at the recommendation of our Realtor. We had a really positive, informative and overall great experience with him. He did a thorough inspection of the home and walked us through everything while he was doing the inspection. He explained everything he observed in great detail and encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed. After spending 3+ hours in the afternoon completing the inspection, he got the thorough and detailed report to us that night. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family.

Our house inspection was done by Todd and Kaylan. They showed up on time and had all the tools and gadgets necessary for a thorough job. We were impressed by how knowledgeable they were. Todd not only explained every detail of the inspection, he turned it into an educational and informative tour of the house by giving us tips on house maintenance. The final report was matching their great work. I have no hesitation recommending them to home buyers in Calgary.

Jason and his team were amazing! They did two inspections for me. Jason was so honest in his reports and incredibly thorough which saved me from making a bad decision on house that underneath the pretty surface, needed a lot of work. He also helped me feel comfortable in making my decision with the home I ended up purchasing. He allowed me to walk around with him and as we went room by room, he explained things and answered all my questions. He later also followed up with me to make sure I understood everything and to answer anything I had on my mind. They provided quality service and I’m so glad to have met him. My partner and I recently purchased our first home, and our inspection with Rocky at 20/20 was one of the most enjoyable parts. We spent a good portion of our Saturday afternoon learning all the ins and outs of our new place. Rocky gave us a ton of great maintenance tips and even some suggestions on what would/would not be possible for future renovations, he even flew a drone to check out the roof! My Wife and I were on the search for a new home to raise our two young children and safe to say, the current market conditions in Calgary did not make it easy. We got our house inspection done by Darren and his team at the recommendation of our realtor. They were both super friendly and professional. Not only did the report provide detail on any issues with the home in text but there were also hundreds of photos taken to show exactly what the report detailed. The report also gave some tips on routine house maintenance and what upgrades should be done immediately which is very helpful as a first time buyer. Throughout the inspection they answered any questions that we had and even let our dog join (we live 90 minutes away) so we didn't have to get a sitter. They also were able to help with referrals to other contractors who could fix some of the issues (re: roofer, electrician). Definitely recommend them for home inspection!
