★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love bison meat and this is the place to get some excellent cuts. These guys have a great quality product found them very friendly and easy to deal with. We split a 1/4 animal with some friends and have gone through that already. Got some wonderful steaks, roasts and ground. The ground makes the best burgers you have ever had. Will be getting more soon.
